in iPod + iTunes + AppleTV edited January 2014
Well, today I went to Target and bought an iTunes $15 gift card. I went home and scratched it and got the code. I then typed in the code on iTunes but it said "Please enter a valid Gift Certificate or Prepaid Card code." Is there anything I can do? I tried typing the code in multiple times to see if I mistyped it, but I didn't. Is there any solution to me getting my money back??

    Make sure you are not misreading a "0" that looks like an "8" or something like that. Same thing with "I" and "1". Also, check to make sure there are no spaces at the beginning or end of the text box.

    Also, make sure its an O (the letter o) and not 0 (a zero). If, of course, there are any in your code.
