IR Receiever = iSight?

From looking at pics, the only place the IR Remote could connect to, through a window, would be either using the iSight window for IR recv, or the iSight itself.



Thought I'd throw that out. It would be cool if the iSight, or any camera could be utilized as an IR reciever. Most of them capture fps too slow.



Do you think this is poss?

    The remote IR is behind the apple logo, it says so in the iMac manual, there has been a PDF file posted of the manual in here.

    In fact, many CCD devices are sensitive to IR in certain wavelengths, so it is certainly possible.



    Plus, Steve showed a 'thermal camera' mode during the PhotoBooth demo .
