nope, I don't think so.. but if it was than I would be surpiced.. they don't need liquid too keep such lowspeed mac quiet.

That just appears to be an elaborate heat sink. A way for them to have the sink next to the processor rather than on top of it. Makes it easier to thin the computer down a bit.

That's a common heatpipe. They're used in laptops. There is fluid inside, but it's not an "active" cooler like a PM.
