The HP printer blues
So why can't hp get thier shit together and create a good driver that doesn't cause me headaches.
Or is it just me??
I have an HP Photosmart 1115. Functionally it works great when it can talk to my Mac....BUT the software sucks on a Mac.
Every update causes ridiculous headaches and then I work like mad to at least get it to print out text. I cannot get the proper options in the print window I used to get.
Like:
Ink density
Ink drying time
photo paper options (a large catalog of options, not just photo paper or glossy)
Anyone have any suggestions.
I wonder if it might be the same reason why the 10.4 update created havoc also.
