Airport problem

I have just applied the airport extreme basestation update, and now I cannot get on the interent with my ADSL modem.



In System Preferences the network will not find my IP address through the airport extreme, but everything works fine when I plug the modem directly into the LAN port on my Powermac



My Powermac is usually plugged into the Airport Extreme directly via the LAN port and the iMac is linked by an airport extreme card.



All was working fine until I updated the software. I have tried resetting the airport extreme but this didn't work.



Any ideas?

    Hi



    I have seen others with the same problems.



    This is how that got it to work.



    Turn off the modem and aiport and wait a minute and turn everything back on.



    Then it should work.



    I have seen that the modem can hold your ip address and this can cause the above problems.
