FM Transmitter for the Nano

Good evening folks,My dearest is taking a road trip and is taking her Nano with her. What would you recomend for an FM Transmitter / charger.

    I have been looking at this fine piece of.. uhm.. bl.. tech.. this thing.. however, unless my mind has totally slipped into the dark abyss, doesn't it run off the power of the iPod? Meaning no charging while driving?
