Sorting iPhoto albums within Finder

Currently - when I access finder to view photos that are located within iPhoto I go to HD>Pictures>iPhoto Library and I am then confronted with numerous numbers obviously representing months/years etc. I'd like to know if it's possible for Finder to sort these by Album Name rather than date.

    What are you trying to do in the finder with a photo album that you can't do from iPhoto?

    Mainly it's when i'm using Messenger. I click send file and well it's hard to find certain photos using finder.

    On some applications you can drag and drop a photo from iPhoto to the file selection dialog, and the dialog will go to the directory with the photo in it.



    That's for one photo, though.
