Drivers on intel macs

So, does anyone know if Rosetta will work with device drivers? I'm thinking things like printer drivers and scanner drivers. Running some software a (bit) slower in Rosetta might not be a big issue (esp if the new macs are much faster), but breaking my printer and scanner might be more problematic.

    Wow, so I need to wait for native drivers before upgrading, otherwise my scanner and printer won't work? This seems like the upgrade to OSX way-back - I ended up having to buy a new scanner then, as OSX drivers were never released for my old one.



    Anyone know the status of HP printer drivers and Canon scanner drivers?
