crash during reinstall of Tiger...

I was reinstalling Tiger and my computer turned off during the middle of it (archive & install). anyhow so i removed the install CD and the computer booted to the existing OS fine. everything is still intact so i don't think im going to try reinstalling simply b/c i really didn't need to - i thought it might fix a problem i was having but the problem ended up being a loose display cable.



are there any "install" files lingering on my harddrive that i can remove? etc...
