Weird ethernet sound
I have an iMac G5 (Front Row Edition) and after an ethernet transfer, there's a sound that doesn't seem to be coming from the speakers. It sounds kind of like a switch being flicked off, or some kind of metal flap being flicked.
It's kind of weird. I will say that so far I've only tried using ethernet when connected directly to another mac under Gbit operation.
Has anyone observed this problem on any sort of hardware?
