There are a few, search macupdate. The one I used previously, which I cannot rememebr its name, would update the id3 info as well as add in the album art. For the most part it was pretty accurate.
Google Image or iTunes Artwork Search (website that gets you artwork from the iTunes music store) nets you better results, and way better quality.
Of course you have to do it by hand.
There's Clutter, and a whole bunch of others (inc. a very cool program called Coverflow) if you can live with low quality, a few mistakes, but obviously a heck of a lot faster.
