Mac Minis

The older Mac Mini has the model number M9687LL/A, and the newer is M9687LL/B. Now beyond the difference in RAM amount, is there any more difference? I cannot see any, but while fumbling around the Apple site, I have not found the technical specs for the model A, so to speak. I know some of the later models have a little faster cpu.

Someone said a Mac mini they bought this week came with an iLife 06 DVD in the box. Don't know if that is enough to bump the model number?

Well, there is the original Mac Mini, and there is the 2005 edition. I found the users manual for them, and downloaded, but they do not contain the specs. I have not found the right way to find the specs on Apple's site. Time to go to EveryMac. The new (July '05) Mac Minis also have built in Bluetooth and Airport Extreme support.
