Core Express?

I'm a student, who loves screwing around with graphical animation, but definitely doesn't have the money to shell out to get the Studio Pro suite. So, could Apple possibly add a Core Express to its software offerings. Possibly even a Aperature Express, that could go along with a whole new line of "Semi-Pro Apps"
