- You will have to use the special VGA cable for the 360 (and a VGA->DVI converter if there is no VGA input).
- LCD displays are fixed resolution devices (unlike CRTs which can switch between different resolutions). The resolution of the monitor may not be supported by either the 360 or the PS3, and I don't know if the monitor can scale non-native resolutions.
- If the PS3 decides to use HDCP, then it will not work with the monitor
