Temp Internet Files

In Windows there is a folder called Temporary Internet files which is actually a folder which stores Internet Explorer's Cache. The equivalent on the Mac seems to be a .waf file which cannot be opened. I ask this because it is convenient to save flash swf from sites and I cannot do that with my mac.



Any ideas?
