Photoshop has like 15 years worth of code in it and I wouldn't be surprised if Adobe had to re-write everything. Microsoft is now re-writing 60% of Vista's code and will probably have to delay yet again because I don't understand how you can just start re-writing more than half of the operating system and expect to ship it in 10 months.
