CS1 & Office X 2004 Issues
Hi All, this is my first post here.
I am seeking help with some issues, I have 38 iMac G5's running OS 10.4.5, 1.5Gb RAM, netbooting to an Xserve G5 Dual 2.5 with 5Gb RAM, they authenticate using Open Directory.
Now I'm pretty much a novice at this sort of stuff (completely self taught so far), but my issue is this, I have installed both Adobe Creative Suite Premium v.1 and Microsoft Office X 2004 on these comps and they are both having VERY weird anomolies.
Creative Suite - Illustrator command keys do not work. Have reset prefs, reinstalled, run all available updates to no avail.
Office X 2004 - Word continually asks user to save "Normal" doc. I know this resides in the users "documents" folder, but even when I get a user to save back to their network home, the issue persists.
Unfortunately, as we are an educational institute, I do not have the budget to upgrade the Creative Suite, as I know that CS2 does not have these issues.
Any help or advice would be greatly appreciated.
