The obvious answer is check your settings. Are you actually telling it to export sound?
Second try playing the file, is QT actually playing the sound?
Finally check what audio codec the sound is currently in. If you really want to check QTs ability to do sound and if it is some underlying issue I'd suggest exporting a track from a music CD.
the issue is i have all these mpg clips. I want to convert them to mp4 or another format. When I have quicktime do it, it doesn't see the audio. any ideas? any converters to try?
