Activity monitor to show network usage of individual processes?

In the activity monitor I can see which processes are using CPU and memory resources. Is there an option I am missing that would allow me to see which processes are using the network? I have multiple programs accessing the internet and I would like to see a breakdown of how many k/sec each is using.
