Boot camp problem

When i try to bring up the Boot Camp Assistant, it says i need the latest Firmware, which is 1.0.1



The problem is, i already have that...

    Did you install the firmware update? It involves rebooting and holding down a key. (I forget which one). Software Update doesn't do all of this for you. I suggest you download the file from the website and carefully read the documentation with it.

    I got it right. I'm having lots of trouble installing this though.



    I should have waited until a more experianced mac user was with me to do this, because im afraid i screwed up. I have it working, but when i turn my computer on, it just goes to OS X, doesnt let me go to XP unless i go to the HD and change...

    When you boot up--you should hold down the option key--then when it boots up you have a choice of which OS you want to use--
