Dell impersonating Apple

I just saw a new Dell commercial, and at the end, they show a Dell, with a really shity copy of the OS X desktop. Has anybody else seen this?



What's up with that?

    I sould note, it's not the GUI they are showing. It's just the blue wavey desktop background.
