Macbook magnet power different than MBP?

Hey, I was reading some forums and heard people talking about the Macbooks latch being better than the MBP. I thought they were the exact same? Whats the deal?

    The MBP does not have a magnetic latch.

    Oh I just realized they were talking about the screen latch, lol thanks. I was thinking of the power cord.
