I'm just learning my ways around AE with help of Total training DVDs and i found out that some features are not accelerated in OpenGL mode on Mac but they are in Windows with very same card (6800 Ultra , OpenGL 2.0 card ). ( Motion blur and Antialiasing , i think )

Quick look at Adobe's web site revealed that

" On Macintosh systems, Mac OS v.10.4.3 is required to take advantage of high-fidelity OpenGL support; at this time, anti-aliasing and 2D motion blur are not supported. "

Anybody has any idea why that is ? I thought OpenGL was strong point of Apple's software engeneering team , so is it solely Adobe's fault ?
