Mirroring iDisk

I own both an iMac and MacBook and on previous AI advice save files to my iDisk documents folder so that I can access the latest version on both machines. However, this means I cannot access them when not connected to the internet. Is there anyway of setting up my Home Documents folder to automatically sync with my iDisk so that both will always contain any new documents and any updates to previously stored data? Maybe via Automator?

Chronosync is a popular application, but you can also use backup, the application apple provides with a .mac account.

Neither offer raid style mirroring (i.e. immediate) but you can set it to run every 30 minutes. Or you could do it manually. Run it when you site down, do your work, run it again to re-sync with .mac.
