Engineers: SODIMM power consumption

Ok, question for the engineers, for no better reason than pure curiosity:

How much power do two 256MB sticks of DDR2 667 SODIMM consume, and how would that compare to two 1GB sticks?

Would the difference be enough to have any noticeable impact on battery life?

According to a samsung paper, the ddr2 modules consume no more than 400 mw. A 60 watt hour battery (macbook pro) can run the sodimm module for 150 hours, so two modules for 75 hours. Essentially the RAM takes about 1-3% of the total power load from the batteries; insignificant.
