BootCamp on another Drive?

Is there a way to install Vista on my MacBook Pro 2.0 on another hard drive? I only have 80gb's on this and I'm going to use much of it for Video Editing, but when I am home I would like to play around with Vista. I've tried parrellels and it doesn't support it but would bootcamp be able to install it on an external HD? I have a 300gb Samsung USB 2.0

along with instructions. Go about half way down.

That's the method I'd prefer. I don't want to partition my internal drive.
