Parallels Install Problem

I just bought Parallels and I'm having problems installing the guest OS in this case Win 2000. I have a copy of it on a CD but every time I start up Parallels to install I get a full system freeze. Does anybody have ideas of what to do differently? Thanks.

    I'm not sure about Windows 2000--you might check that out--



    It works fine with XP

    I have XP and am having problems installing XP. each time I press the "play" button, the computer freezes.

    What versions of Parallels are you using and on what machines? Also, this may be better answered on the Parallels support forum.
