Apple service.. argh
Two problems with my ipod.
1) Earbuds are not working
2) iPod is not working (won't store music).
So yesterday I reported the faulty earbuds. Today I wanted to report the faulty iPod - but the webpage gives me an error, saying I can only have one service request processed at the time.... what the h... is that? I don't have much time left on my warranty, what if it runs out while apple is taking its sweet time processing my earbuds?
Isn't this against every rule of warranty repairs?
