IIRC, one of the few documented cases so far involved the virus crippling the VPC Win2k session's ability to empty the trash (eventually overloading the trash on an actual pc)
the workings of the os X mac were unaffected and the user could close the VPC session and manually kill the trash files... no harm no foul per se.
