What kind of HD for my G5 Quad?

I just ordered from apples "used car lot" a g5 quad that only comes with a 250 gig drive. what kind of hard drive interface does it have? i want to put a 750 gig SATA 3.0gb, but i dont know if it supports the 3.0 or the 150 interface. can anyone shed some light on this for me? thanks



also what kind of memory am i looking at here? i also want to upgrade the memory. thanks
