Mac VoIP (other than skype)
I'm trying to get a phone number for my mac so my girlfriend can call me (her hometown has no cell phone service).
She lives in the 989 area code (alpena, MI), thought the 989 numbers through skype aren't local to her.
I was searching that some VoIP services (such as sightspeed) allow you to purchase 800 numbers as a call-in number, but i'm wondering if anyone knows of another alternative?
(keep in mind she has no broadband/internet access, so skype-to-skype would not work)
