Can't download TV shows anymore??

I have purchased plenty of TV shows and movies from itunes. I can still purchase music but when I try to download TV shows (even the free ones) I get an error telling me that," You don't have sufficient access privileges for this operation." I have repaired my disk permissions using disk utility and have checked the privileges in which my TV shows download. Any suggestions???

    I didn't have any permissions set but I checked the most liberal settings anyhow and still cannot download them. If I try to download, it tells me that I've already purchased the items (they're all free anyhow) but they have not been downloaded. When I try to download I get the error, but not with music. Maybe I should try downloading an explicit lyrics song just to see??
