windows xp-How to have both accounst share the same IE favorites etc

Ok i have my own windows xp user account with admin privilages and so does my sister. Now,when I add favorites to my favorites in IE using my account,and my sister logs into her account the favorities i added are not there. Why? How can I make both of our accounts share the same favorites?
