Compatible with macbook

its a hard drive, 160gb, the site lists 2 types of internal laptop hard drive but i cant seem to find out which the macbook has, does anyone know

Ok found out that one wont work as its PATA instead of SATA, and macbook is SATA

anyone know where i can get a big SATA drive for the macbook, biggest i can find is this
