hawking tech antenna

anyone have experience with Hawking tech external antenna (HAI7SIA Omni Directional 7DBI Antenna) for airport extreme. it supposedly increases signal by 250% in all directions. i am trying to boost wireless signal in my home. Dr bott's also makes an omni antenna. anyone with experience with these? thanks.
