Cisco + Apple = after January 17 ?

I just go to thinking why the date Cisco and Apple settle may not be till after 1/17

The MacWorld was on Jan 9th

Apple's financial results are on January 17

I would guess that if Apple where to settle any time before 1/17 that I would have to be reported on the current results?

Apple would have to show the cost to 'buy' iPhone durring the current Qtr?

Was the Apple v.s. Creative not on this current Qtr?

Maybe one to many.. trying to move the iphone cost into next Qtr?

So they get Cisco all to the point of saying 'sure'.. Apple makes it sound like they will do it on 1/9.. then they delay till 1/17?

The report on the 17th covers the 1st quarter, not days up to the 17th. personally I wouldn't expect Apple to pay anything to Cisco at any point. It recognizes blackmail when it sees it.

Whether Cisco wins or not it won't matter, nobody will ever care about their Product Lineup of VoIP iPhones. 8)
