airport extreme + eyetv?

i know the new airport extreme can be used to share external hard drives. but does anyone know/think it would work with something like eyetv?



it would be very useful for me to be able to watch tv on my laptop without having eyetv plugged in all the time.

    My guess is no. The USB port is only for printers and hard drives. There's no driver or software support at any point in the chain to support what you want to do.

    Unless the eyetv people roll out software or something that will let it be controlled remotely I doubt it, you should write them and/or call and suggest it. It could be useful.

    Do you suppose an Epson scanner would work?
