Dock Question

I have a Core2Duo MacBook Pro. I am running OS X 10.4.8. Does anyone know of software that will make the dock transparent? I used Transparent Dock from Free Range Mac but it will not work on the Intel Macs. I loved the app and am looking for something that would be its equivalent since the fellow that created it seems not to be supporting it anymore. Thanks for any info you have.
