Connection Speed

Is there any difference in the connection speed using cable (Comcast) with a G4 Mac vs a Intel Core Duo Mac?

    The connection itself won't go any faster so downloads will go the same. The only thing you'd notice is that pages should render quicker on the Intel Mac. Also, when you get lots of flash animations like some of the ones on this site, it won't jam your processor up to maximum.
