how do i uninstall boot camp and xp from my mac?

i got bootcamp and xp for my mac about five months ago to help me transition better into using the mac. i feel a lot more comfortable with the mac now and would like to uninstall both from my macbook. can anyone help me with how to go about doing that? thanks
