help with iDVD

i made my imovie, about 15 minutes long, exported to iDVD. made that. when i go to burn , i get a message that the file is over 6GB! which is too long for the 4.7 GB DVD. it looks like from everythign i have read that i should be able to copy alot more than that. help![/SIZE]

    You're not trying to burn the Quicktime movie that iMovie makes are you by any chance?



    Try saving the iDVD compiled movie to a disk image, and burning that (if you aren't already).



    You should be able to save 2 hours of movie to a single layer DVD, with iDVD set at 'Best Quality'.
