Scroll about halfway down and read my post.

Yesterday, I posted the following (from above link...check the date and time from the actual thread for "confirmation". Notice I've done no editing either...it stands as I wrote it):

[quote]You guys know how the AirPort Base Station looks?

A wider, flatter take on that (basically, large enough to hold all the "guts"), with...

Never mind. I'm delirious.

Whatever this new iMac is, I hope it has one feature that the previous one so sorely lacked: tilt and swivel capability!

It sucks to have to buy some third party riser or stand to get this very basic (and very useful and practical) function.

How nice would it be to be able to EASILY tilt the iMac's screen quite a bit back and forth AND to rotate it a good 160° left and right!

Now here's what's weird: every mock-up I've done in the past 18 months has NEVER incorporated a round, Base Station-esque look to it.

For some reason, last night (after looking at mockups here and elsewhere and thinking about other Apple products and thinking HARD about distilling it all down to simple shapes), I said the above. It's like the AirPort Base Station idea popped into my head, but it sounded too weird (that's why I stop myself and go "i'm delirious...").

Freaky!

Ready further when I mention swivel/tilt capability.

It's like I nailed the new iMac without knowing it!

Pretty cool!

I'll be signing autographs from 10am until 3pm in the west hall. Thanks for your support.

I'm just being silly...but you gotta admit: I NAILED IT. Unknowingly, of course. But hey...

DON'T EVER DOUBT ME AGAIN!!!

Good thing Time screwed up. You were on the top of Steve's hit list. Somehow I think you no longer hold that position.

I sure hope the whole expo doesn't get canceled.

Well, let's see...I think I can! I have a vision of a man...with sharp features and wire-rimmed glasses and receding hair.

Something about him seems familiar. I've seen his face before.

He's kicking furniture. Hard. And he seems to be saying the same phrase over and over again: "Time magazine cocksuckers..."

I'm not sure what this means, it's just a glimpse that comes to me every now and then when I'm quiet and still.

    The future. Always in motion...

Obviously, it will pitch (tilt up and down).

Also, it will yaw (swing left and right).

But will it roll? (Go from landscape to portrait) That's what I want to know.

I need to go to bed. I'm reading like a madman here, trying to keep up with all the posting...

    I read that like:

"He's licking furniture. Hard. And he seems to be saying the same phrase over and over again: "Time magazine cocksuckers..."

I'm picturing Steve Jobs licking his furniture...hard... and saying "Time magazine cocksuckers...

Jesus I just pissed myself for the second time tonight! First, at the new iMac news, and now this...

    thanks ALOT pscates!

And yes, good job on the prediction buddy!

Hey pscates, seeing as you can predict the future like that, you wouldn't have a rough idea of what Saturdays' lottery numbers are??

    Thanks mate
