Name of tune in "Get a Mac" ads?

Does anyone know the name of the tune used in the "Get a Mac" ads - Mac vs PC ? I believe it's made by Mutato Muzika but that's all I know so far. Can the tune be found somewhere for download maybe?
I know people have made some funny clips on this subject with the actual tune included.
