OurTunes into iTunes

i am newbie (to this forum and to macs) but i had a questions on how to get music from ourtunes into itunes..how do i do it? i got it to work from importing it from iTunes, but i can only do it one at a time, is there a easier way? also is there a good downloading program, i used to have bearshare, but no download for a mac.
