Any way to clean out a MacBook keyboard?

I accidentally spilt Pepsi over part of it, and now you can hear the dried sugar crunch when you press the keys, which is... irritating to put it mildly.



It seems pretty hard to disassemble the keys, so I was wondering if there's an easy way to clean it.
