Speech recognition programming language
Ok, I'm new a this so... don't jump all over me 
I'm buying myself an iBook for Xmas and I had the pleasure of seeing how the iBook works by seeing my friend use his (P.S. it's stevegongrui). I was amazed and I found that one of the most user-friendly idea is the speech program.
You know the one to which you can say "Quit this application" and "Switch to Chess". I was also amazed when I found out you can write your own scripts. Now I love and still program for TI calculators so this obviously interested me.
So finally here are the questions: What language is this speech program scripts written in? Where can I learn this language? Where can I download some examples scripts?
