Multiple Monitors

So, which Macs would let me use multiple monitors? I know I can plug an extra one into my laptop, and I'm willing to bet I can get a whole BUNCH of them on a Mac Pro.

But how about an iMac? Or a Mini?

Preferably I'd like to have two identical monitors... I think that'd pretty much require a Mac Pro, but I'd still like to know if a Mini or an iMac can do it.

Wait, Macbook Pros can't automatically do dual monitors? My G4 Powerbook can...

I'm really considering a Mac as my main desktop (which is now a Linux box) and I need dual-head... and Mac Pros are just SO unbelievably expensive...

All but the Mini will support Extended desktop and Mirroring.
