Pages: Troubles

Is there any way I can make text go vertical in Pages? I know how to align it vertical in a text box, but I want the text to go up and down?

I am new to Pages and I was able to do it using Word Art in Word. Is there something similar in Pages?

    1. Make a box.

    - toolbar: objects -> shapes -> etc



    2. Put some text in the box.



    3. Rotate the box.

    - inspector: metrics -> rotate



    This is actually pretty much in-line with the way it's done in DTP programs like Quark and InDesign, and in my opinion the WordArt method is the exception. Gawd I hate Word.
