Free iPod w/ laptop?

Hi, I'm going to be going to college this year, and I am planning on getting a Macbook, I remember last year apple was giving away a free iPod nano if a college student bought a laptop from them. Does anyone remember what month they started that offer? Do you think they will do it again this year?

    I don't think they will but I do remember seeing the offer on the Japan apple store the other day, so I know the offer you mean.

    Yeah they'll definetly offer it in my opinion, to prep for upgrades in sept-oct. I believe it began in june. I got one last year with my mbp.
