Apple Store Chat
Has anyone ever used the chat feature when in the apple store and viewing a product? I, for some reason, just noticed it and found it extremely helpful. The representative was very responsive and answered every question I had logically and without pushing more expensive options down my throat. He also even recommended a refurbished core duo Mac Mini over a new Apple TV. I completely recommend using that feature. Anyway, just thought I'd point it out if it was unknown to others
